Scope of work
Everything included in the package, from the server to a trained administrator.
Server installation and configuration
Windows Server installed on your hardware or virtual machine, required Windows features configured, and Windows Deployment Services (WDS) set up for PXE boot deployment.
Microsoft Deployment Toolkit setup
MDT installed and configured, the MDT deployment share created, and deployment rules and automation settings configured.
Operating system deployment
OS images imported into MDT, standard task sequences created, and unattended deployment settings configured for each supported Windows version.
Hardware model support
Drivers for up to 10 hardware models imported and organised, driver injection configured, and model detection set up so each device gets the right drivers.
Application deployment
Up to 10 standard applications imported into MDT, configured for silent installation and built into the task sequences.
Testing and validation
Test deployments on supported devices, verification of OS installation, drivers and applications, and final validation of the deployment workflow.
Documentation
Basic documentation for running OS deployments, adding new device models, importing drivers, adding applications and updating OS images.
Training and handover
A 2–3 hour administrator session on the MDT deployment process, adding hardware models, driver management, adding applications and basic troubleshooting.

These Windows versions are prepared and configured for deployment as part of the package.
